Waneta Sedgewick Catey Scholarship
This endowment was created in 1999 by Waneta Sedgewick Catey, an ISNU staff member from 1936-1943 and 1946-1952. In addition to supervising teachers in the one room school major, she also served as principal of the special education school at Fairchild Hall. The scholarship is awarded to a full-time sophomore or junior majoring in special education. Assets of this endowment are invested in the Illinois State University Endowment Investment Pool.
