Thomas Fatten Scholarship
The Thomas Fatten Scholarship was established to support a student with interest in arranging or composing music. Support shall be given in recognition of a demonstrated ability to develop musical compositions or arrangements that are suitable for performance by one or more musical ensembles. Scholarship: Provide financial assistance for a student meeting the following criteria: - Scholarships will be awarded for the following term: Renewable Annual Award - Student must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 - Preference shall be given to a student that displays interest in arranging or composing across multiple ensemble types, including, but not limited to, jazz, concert band, choir, or orchestral ensembles. Evidence of leadership can also be taken into consideration.
