The James Amemasor Endowed Scholarship
The James Amemasor Endowed Scholarship will support students who have had a global experience. The overall goal of the scholarship is to support student retention. Scholarship: To provide financial assistance for students meeting the following criteria: - Recipient must demonstrate that they have had a meaningful global experience, including experience living outside the United States, consistent with the Department of History's global learning initiatives. - Scholarships will be awarded for the following term: One-Time Award - Students must be enrolled in the following major: History or be a first-year graduate student in the Department of History. - Student demonstrates financial need as determined by the Financial Aid Office. - Recipients must be in good academic standing.
