Ruth M. Goodwin Scholarship
The Ruth M. Goodwin Scholarship was established in 2004 by Bill Goodwin and family in memory of his wife, Ruth M. Goodwin, a 1943 graduate of Illinois State Normal University. The scholarship is awarded to a student who has completed at least 30 credit hours, majoring in teacher education, with a preference given to those in the 60481 zip code.
