Romeyn Oyer Endowed Scholarship
The Romeyn Oyer Endowed Scholarship was established in 2018 by Joanna Oyer in memory of her mother Romeyn Oyer. The scholarship supports a student enrolled in Illinois State University Mennonite College of Nursing with demonstrated financial need.
