Raymond Rogina and Diane Cullen Scholarship
The Raymond Rogina and Diane Cullen Scholarship was established in 2021 by the Mayor of St. Charles and his wife, both career educators. Both financed their own educations and would like to help support a high school senior from St. Charles East High School who wants to attend Illinois State University to pursue a career in education. The scholarship supports an Incoming freshman graduating from St. Charles East High School majoring in any discipline intended for K-12 teacher education. Preference given to a student with demonstrated financial need.
