Mennonite College of Nursing Board Endowment for Clinical Labs
This fund was established in 2005 to provide funds to improve the nursing clinical laboratories at Illinois State University, insuring the faculty and students have the equipment necessary to prepare the preferred graduate. Assets of this endowment are invested in the Illinois State University Endowment Investment Pool. This fund was established in 2005 as the Mennonite College of Nursing Endowment for Clinical Labs to provide funds to improve the nursing clinical laboratories at Illinois State University. In November of 2011 an administrative agreement was signed and a new name, the Mennonite College of Nursing Clinical Simulation and Education Excellence Fund, was created. The purpose of the fund is to meet the needs of the highest priority initiatives within the clinical education components of the nursing curriculum, especially with regards to simulation education as determined by the dean of the department. Endowment assets are invested in the Illinois State University Foundation's long-term investment pool.
