The Melvin and Kathy Wheeler Endowed Scholarship in Technology Fund was established by Melvin and Kathy Wheeler. The priority of this scholarship is to assist students who are just entering Illinois State University as a freshman, transfer, or current undergraduate student studying in the Department of Technology.
