Kelli Stackhouse Appel Special Education Scholarship
Mrs. Kelli Stackhouse Appel graduated from Illinois State University in December 1989. While at ISU, Mrs. Appel was an outstanding student and was appointed as one of the Bone Scholars of 1989-1990. During her first year as a dedicated teacher in the field of special education, teaching children with multiple disabilities, Mrs. Appel donated $10,000 to the Illinois State University Foundation to establish a fund to encourage special education majors to achieve high standards of academic work and professional development.
