Kathryn Oltman Memorial Scholarship
To honor Kathryn Oltman, who had disabilities and was a very treasured member of her family. This scholarship is for the hard work it takes to be accepted and succeed in the Special Education Department at ISU; to encourage students pursuing a career in Special Education. Scholarship funds will be provided to the Special Education students in their Junior and Senior years who are in good academic standing
