James D. Loughlin Memorial Scholarship Fund
The James D. Loughlin Memorial Scholarship was established in 2007 by family and friends to provide financial assistance to a junior or senior student at Illinois State University. The scholarship applicant must be majoring in construction management in the Department of Technology. With this scholarship, the family hopes to provide assistance for other aspiring construction management majors to dream big, believe in themselves, and achieve great things.
