Howard and Naomi Oesch Scholarship
The Howard and Naomi Oesch Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by the naming of the College of Education as a charitable beneficiary through the Estate Trust of Naomi Oesch. Naomi Oesch created the scholarship to benefit elementary education students at ISU and to serve as a living memorial and legacy in honor of her husband, who died in 1979.
