Helen Cavanagh History Award
Helen Cavanagh was a professor of History at Illinois State University. Through her estate, this endowment was created to support annual awards recognizing academic excellence and scholarly work including two awards per year to the best master's and doctoral student, two awards for best masters' thesis: best in U.S. History and best in non-U.S. History, and one award for best doctoral dissertation.
