The Frank and Joann O’Connell Global and Multicultural Readiness Endowed Fund is being created to provide long-term support for Illinois State University College of Arts and Sciences students to engage in educational experiences that strengthen global awareness, multicultural understanding, and preparation for an increasingly interconnected world.
