Edwin Payne Memorial
The Edwin Payne Memorial Endowment was established in 1975 by the mother of Edwin A. Payne. Edwin Payne was an associate professor of psychology at Illinois State University from 1952-1971. The scholarship is available to all undergraduate and graduate students at the University with preference given to students pursuing a degree in psychology.
