E. Jay and Marilyn J. Hammer Memorial Scholarship Endowment
The E. Jay and Marilyn J. Hammer Memorial Scholarship Endowment was established in December 2017 by Lyle Barry Hammer to honor the desire of his parents, E. Jay and Marilyn J. Hammer, in their estate to support the Charles DeGarmo Scholars Endowment. Both E.Jay and Marilyn J. Hammer have passed away. This gift is honoring their request to provide financial assistance to certain Illinois State University students. Preference is given to students with demonstrated financial need who intend to teach in Illinois schools.
