Dr. Hank Campbell Endowed Scholarship for Global Vision and Problem Solving
The Dr. Hank Campbell Endowed Scholarship for Global Vision and Problem Solving was established by Hank Campbell in 2010 to provide recognition and financial support for a student who engages in a learning activity using problem solving methodologies with a global perspective. Hank was a professor at Illinois State University in the Department of Technology from 1976-2004. While at the University he served in various capacities in the department, university, community, and national and international organizations. In his travels he consulted nationally and internationally sharing his expertise in quality management systems, manufacturing, plastics technology construction, and alternate energy systems, while also promoting international internships and exchange programs. He also established the working relationship between Habitat for Humanity of McLean County and Illinois State University and Illinois Wesleyan University Collegiate Habitat chapters.
