Charlotte Talkington Professional Development Fund
The Charlotte Talkington Professional Development Fund was established in 1994 by Charlotte Talkington, a 1961 graduate of Illinois State University. The funds are used to provide Department of Family and Consumer Sciences faculty members the opportunity to enhance their skills through professional development.
