Charles DeGarmo Scholars Endowment
The Charles DeGarmo Scholars Endowment was established in 1993 by the College of Education to memorialize Charles DeGarmo who was an outstanding student, teacher, principal, and professor. It is awarded annually to a graduate or undergraduate student with a strong commitment to a professional career in public education.
