Calvin MacLean Endowment Fund
The Cal MacLean Endowment Fund was established in 2006 by the Illinois Shakespeare Festival Society to honor Calvin A. MacLean, who served as the artistic director of the Illinois Shakespeare Festival from 1995-2006, and as head of directing at ISU for fifteen years. The expendable earnings of the fund shall be a special fund for the enhancement of the Illinois Shakespeare Festival and be used by the artistic director of the Illinois Shakespeare Festival to fund or purchase such items as the director deems appropriate for the enhancement of the festival and its productions. The fiscal agent for the approval of the use of the funds is the director of the School of Theatre. Assets of this endowment are invested in the Illinois State University Endowment Investment Pool.
