Benoni Green Tennis Endowment
In March 1997 the Benoni Green ('42) Men's Tennis Endowment was established with gifts of $50,000 from the friends of Benoni Green to benefit the intercollegiate men's tennis program at ISU, and to honor Benoni's lifetime contributions to the game of tennis in Central Illinois. Candidates for the Benoni Green Scholarship must be enrolled in ISU; be a member of the intercollegiate men's tennis team; and be in good standing and be eligible to compete as determined by the National Collegiate Athletic Association, the Missouri Valley Conference, and the university. Assets of this endowment are invested in the ISU Endowment Investment Pool.
