Ben Keeley Scholarship
Ben Keeley Civic Engagement Scholarship The Ben Keeley Civic Engagement Scholarship shall be awarded to a student majoring in Sociology or Anthropology who demonstrates meaningful involvement in civic engagement activities. Applicants must meet the following criteria: - Submit a brief written reflection describing their civic engagement experience, broadly defined to include campus activities, community volunteering, political campaign internships, and participation in community organizations. - Have completed a minimum of 30 credit hours. - Maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0. - Provide two faculty references. Ben Keeley SOA Ambassador Scholarship The Ben Keeley SOA Ambassador Scholarship shall be awarded to students serving as ambassadors for the Department of Sociology and Anthropology. Applicants must meet the following criteria: - Be selected to serve as an ambassador for the Department of Sociology and Anthropology prior to scholarship consideration. - Have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours. - Maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0.
