Thomas Byker Executive in Residence Endowed Fund
The Thomas Byker Executive in Residence (EIR) Endowed Fund will connect students, faculty and the Illinois State University (ISU) community with accomplished business leaders. The EIR program will host executives on campus, with a focus on enriching academic learning with real-world insights, while fostering professional development. Activities for participating executives may include guest lecturing, networking events, faculty collaboration, community engagement and student mentorship. The Thomas Byker Executive in Residence Endowed Fund provides support for related programs and activities of these efforts. Funds can be used for executive fees, travel, lodging, programming, marketing and logistics related to the executive in residence program.
