Hettie Bunker Smith Presidential Scholarship
Hettie Bunker Smith Presidential Endowment criteria: Student must have been accepted for admission to ISU. Selection will be based on ACT (SAT) composite score; high school rank; high school GPA; high school counselor, principal, or teacher recommendations; leadership activities during the high school years; a written essay on a specified topic; and a personal, on-campus interview. Applications must be made for January 31 of each year. Assets of this endowment are invested in the Illinois State University Endowment Investment Pool. The Hettie Bunker Smith Presidential Endowment was established to assist and reward students who are coming to Illinois State University from high school.
