Illinois State students gain confidence as effective and ethical leaders by developing and honing their skills through a myriad of campus involvement opportunities, ranging from leadership in one of ISU's 400-plus registered student organizations to participating in university governance, or working as resident assistants.

With additional private support, the University will improve and expand programs that prepare the next generation of graduates to rise with confidence to tackle challenges, solve problems, and be a powerful source of change.
