Redbirds Rising is supported by the National Campaign Committee, a dedicated group of volunteers with representation from throughout Illinois State and led by three co-chair couples. These volunteers help extend the reach of the University in promoting the campaign and communicating about the impact of philanthropic support, by engaging with prospective donors to encourage support of Illinois State, and providing advice and consulting with university leadership about aspects of the campaign.
Ruth (Baughman) Oesch ’61 credits her rewarding nursing career to the preparation she received as a student of Mennonite College of Nursing (MCN). She holds equal appreciation for the donor who provided the scholarship funds she needed to pursue her passion. Read more
