Redbirds Rising is supported by the National Campaign Committee, a dedicated group of volunteers with representation from throughout Illinois State and led by three co-chair couples. These volunteers help extend the reach of the University in promoting the campaign and communicating about the impact of philanthropic support, by engaging with prospective donors to encourage support of Illinois State, and providing advice and consulting with university leadership about aspects of the campaign.

Nine Mennonite College of Nursing (MCN) seniors traveled to Panama City, Panama, last May. They completed 45 clinical hours in community clinics through orientation and visits to orphanages, daycare settings, and Nutri hogar. The Illinois State students also exchanged insights into nursing with public health and pediatric care nurses from the University of Panama. Read more
